QC Process

  2. Dielectric Test: Checking for shorts or leakage between metal layers using a dielectric analyzer.
  3. Functional Test: Verifying basic functionality with a test fixture that applies input and measures output signals.
  4. Parametric Test: Measuring electrical characteristics (voltage, current, timing) with a parametric analyzer.
  5. Reliability Test: Subjecting the chip to stress conditions (temperature, voltage, vibration) and monitoring performance.

After-Sales Service

If your situation meets any of the following conditions, you can apply for the corresponding return and exchange rights:
1. Within 30 days from the date of placing the order, if you find that the received model is incorrect, damaged, or missing, you can submit an application for return, exchange or replenishment with relevant evidence;
2. If there is a quality problem, please submit the relevant detection feedback report within 90 days from the date of placing the order. After our further inspection and confirmation, if we verify that there is a quality problem, we will enter the return and exchange process;
