ST7540 FSK Power Line Transceivers

STMicroelectronics ST7540 FSK Power Line Transceivers are Half Duplex synchronous/asynchronous FSK modems designed for power line communication network applications. These transceivers operate from a single supply voltage and integrate a line driver and two linear regulators for 5V and 3.3V. The ST7540 device’s operation is controlled by means of an internal register that is programmable through the synchronous serial interface. These transceivers feature watchdog timer, a programmable control register, and 8-bit or 16-bit header recognition. The STMicroelectronics ST7540 FSK Power Line Transceivers come with multipower BCD5 technology that allows integrating DMOS, Bipolar, and CMOS structures in the same chip.
