GCM AEC-Q200 Automotive Capacitors

Murata GCM Series AEC-Q200 Automotive Capacitors are ideal for power trains and automobile safety devices such as the drive system control for engine ECU, air bags, and ABS. The GCM Series can be used at 125ºC and 150ºC and has a temperature cycle of 100 cycles or 1,000 cycles for AEC-Q200 conforming products. Murata GCM Series capacitors feature 6.3Vdc to 1kVdc rated voltage and 0.1pF to 47µF capacitance.

GRM/GCM/GRT MLCCs

Murata Electronics GRM/GCM/GRT Multi-Layer Ceramic Capacitors (MLCCs) provide a high dielectric constant in a smaller size with a higher capacitance value.
